Effective October 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nerish app and website. By creating an account or using Nerish you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Nerish.
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an emailed code. Each sign-in method creates its own account, so use the same one every time. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nerish.
The connections, notes, photos and other information you put into Nerish remain yours. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run the service for you — for example to send reminders or to read a card or note you scan. Our Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled. Only add information about other people that you have a right to keep.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
If you got Nerish from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, these terms govern to the extent the Standard EULA allows.
Card and note scanning use automated processing that can make mistakes. Review what Nerish extracts before you save it.
We work to keep Nerish available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any amount above what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Nerish and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use Nerish after that means you accept them.
